About me

July 21st, 2009

At the most basic level, I’m a writer with a head for strategy. It’s what I was always meant to be. I got my start as a literature student in college, went on to develop my conceptual and visual side in film school at USC and then in Hollywood’s star-making machinery as a script analyst.

In the late 1990s, I became enthralled by the Internet, moved into multimedia content development and the dot-com world, expanded into marketing content, brand strategy, and new forms of online communication such as social media. I’m passionate about all forms of communication and, over the past 10 years, have been able to write and strategize successfully in multiple mediums and formats across industries as diverse as financial services, education/nonprofit, entertainment, hospitality, IT, and biotechnology.

An active blogger and perpetual student of everything, I am currently looking to contribute my brain and keyboard to companies and nonprofits who are serious about riding our current waves of change to exciting new places.
