Brand?

Ambassador is the loyalty program of InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, a global luxury brand. However, this exclusive program had traditionally flown under the radar and had never been advertised directly to consumers. I helped translate the InterContinental brand, which aims to give hotel patrons the experience of being “in the know” about each hotel’s host city, into a high-end, experiential Web presence for the Ambassador loyalty program. I created a concept for the Ambassador website that focused on a scenario of an individual’s enjoyment of being “in the know” and taking part in local activities that most luxury hotels wouldn’t even be aware of. InterContinental was thrilled about this way of representing their brand.
